Real Food Heals: Asian Bites SOLD OUT

$110.00

Saturday April 27th 11:30-1:30

Health is a journey minute by minute day by day you make choices. In my new series inspired by Seamus Mullen called Real Food Heals I share my personal journey and my new way of eating. The Real Food Heals classes will continue with different themes throughout out our culinary calendar.

They will always be gluten-free, corn free, grain free, sugar-free and dairy free other than possibly some grass fed butter and yogurt here and there. You will also find lectin free recipes in these classes. Because the bottom line is that real food heals and we can change how we feel just by what we eat.

Some of the best things come in small packages, as we’ll show you how to prepare them in this delicious snack class. With a little nimble finger work, you’ll be rolling and filling a variety of meat- and vegetable-filled wraps, picking up folding techniques that’ll make you the bite-master of your neighborhood. We’ll be preparing little bites from all over from Vietnam, Japan, Singapore, and China!

Menu:
Japan - Miso Shiru (Miso soup  with seven spice chicken)
Vietnam  - Nem Nuong  (Minced pork balls with garlic and pepper)
Singapore  - Kacang Panjang (Spicy green beans with chili)
China - San Chou Bau (Fresh  lettuce cups with chicken)
